REGULAR CLASSES

Our general Krav Maga classes are for everyone from the age of fifteen. It is a large group made up of teenagers and adults from different backgrounds. Trainings aim at improving both the physical and mental strength of all our members regardless of their level. Class starts with a warm-up after which we practice Krav Maga techniques. Techniques are repeated often and explained in detail, because we want every member to understand how Krav Maga works and what principles it is based on. We challenge everyone with drills and exercises to create realistic situations.
